Ingredients:

  • i break 18 eggs and whip them with alittle water.
  • 1 fine chop onion or two place in bowl on counter
  • 1 fine chop tomato place in bowl on counter
  • 1/2 lb smoked ham thick sliced coarse chop place in bowl on counter
  • 1 lb bacon / sausage fried chopped coarse place in bowl on counter
  • 1 lb shreaded cheese place in bowl on counter
  • 1 jar pace picante place in bowl on counter
  • 3 green onions chopped place in bowl on counter

Directions:

  1. Zip lock bags are used to make this easy and fun
  2. Have a large pot of water boiling and ready.
  3. A cup of whipped eggs or liquid eggs whites can be used (egg beaters} is placed in the ziplock freezer bag (we use heavy freezer bags)
  4. Each person places what they like into the bag with the eggs.
  5. I place the bag in boiling water and in 2 to 3 minutes or to the desired level of firmness I SUSPEND THEM so the omlet is round. Easy and fun and it works no oils required. Cut or tear the bag they roll out of the bag onto the plate
  6. Kids young and old get a kick out of these.
