Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Butter the toast.
  2. Combine the ham,mayonnaise,mustard,salt and pepper.
  3. Placing the buttered toast on a sheet,spread a good amount of ham mixture on each slice of toast.
  4. Beat the whites of the eggs until firm,but,not dry.
  5. Spoon the whites on each of the ham topped toast slices.
  6. Make a hollow in each one and drop an egg yolk in it.(being sure not to break the yolk)
  7. Sprinkle with pepper,place in a 350 degree oven for 8 minutes.
  8. The yolks need to be set and the whites a nice delicate color.(just don't overcook them)
  9. ~Always heard if you stand still long enough that the whole world will pass you by...have you ever been on your travels,and no matter how remote,or how far away, you invariably run into someone you know?
  10. Everything OLD is NEW again. I guess there is some creedence to that...for these read to have been popular at the turn of the century... I would'nt know that fact,first hand,depending on the centrury...maybe 1800's...1900's...OK! Ok!! I was there. ~
  11. ~These where called 'Aristocrate Eggs'...They had an attitude...They're all puffed up.~
