Ingredients:

  • 8 -10 oz rib eye steaks
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 4 -5 tbsp mccormick's montreal brand steak seasoning

Directions:

  1. Mix dry ingredients together.
  2. Dry rub sugar and seasoning on both sides of the steak.
  3. Place on grill searing until desired doneness is achieved.
  4. Let sit for 5 minutes upon removing.
