Sue's Lasagna Al Forno

  1. Cook noodles. Drain, and set aside.
  2. Saute meat in a lg. non-stick pot, until cooked through.
  3. Add Alfredo Sauce, and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Preheat oven to 375.
  5. In a well buttered casserole dish,.
  6. Alternate layers of meat sauce, noodles, ricotta and cream, ending with a generous sprinkling of Parmesan cheese, and a light dusting of nutmeg.
  7. Bake for 45 mins, until bubbly around edgs.
  8. Let set 15 minutes before cutting to serve.
  9. Salt and pepper, to taste.
