Ingredients:

  • 3 cups rice
  • 1 tbsp butter or 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp turmeric , or
  • 1 tsp coriander , or
  • 1 tsp cardamom

Directions:

  1. In pot, fry rice in butter / oil for 1 - 2 minutes.
  2. Pour stock into pot, covering rice. Add salt and turmeric or coriander or cardamom.
  3. Cover and cook until water evaporated.
