Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook cabbage in large pot of water. Gentle remove leaves 1 at a time and drain.
  2. Cook quinoa and set aside.
  3. Set aside 1 1/2 cup of sauce.
  4. Brown ground turkey onion, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Mix into meat quinoa, cheese, and enough sauce to moisten meat mixture.
  5. Put mixture into individual cabbage leaves. Don't over stuff leaves. Leave enough room to wrap cabbage around the meat mixture. Lightly cover bottom of pan with sauce, and then lay stuffed cabbage face down.
  6. Pour left of sauce over cabbage rolls and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake at 350 until hot and bubble.
