Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In large bowl, whisk together flours, Splenda, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and spices.
  2. In separate bowl, combine eggs, oil, and yogurt until emulsified.
  3. Add wet ingredients to dry; mix lightly.
  4. Add strawberries and all of berry juice.
  5. Mix batter until combined.
  6. Pour into greased muffin tin; bake at 425 for 22-25 minutes or until well set.
