Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook spinach according to package directions; drain well and squeese to remove excess water.
  2. Combine spinach and remaining ingredients; mixing well.
  3. Shape mixture in 3/4 inch balls and place on lightly greased cookie sheets.
  4. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes
  5. Yield: 11 dozen
