  1. Heat potatoes and enough water to cover to boiling in 3-quart saucepan over high heat. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 10 minutes. Drain.
  2. Melt butter in small saucepan over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar, orange marmalade, tabasco Habanero Sauce and salt. Toss tabasco mixture with sweet potatoes in 2-quart casserole. Bake for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally until potatoes are lightly browned
