Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp cloves or 1/4 tsp allspice
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Beat eggs. Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
  2. Pour into buttered casserole dish.
  3. Bake at 325° for 30 minutes or till browned, stirring occasionally.
