Ingredients:

  • 4 whole matzo boards
  • 1 tsp shwarma spice
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Brush matzo boards with olive oil. Sprinkle with shwarma spice, parsley, turmeric, and garlic. Place on baking sheet and bake for 8 minutes. Break into shards.
