Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook and drain spaghetti.
  2. Brown meat with onions and green pepper and drain; stir in spaghetti sauce.
  3. Add butter, Parmesan, and egg substitute to cooked spaghetti and place in a 10-inch pie plate to form a crust.
  4. Spread cottage cheese over crust.
  5. Pour sauce, veg, and meat mixture over cottage cheese.
  6. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes; sprinkle mozzarella on top.
  7. Return to oven and bake 5 additional minutes.
