Sour Cream Drop Biscuits

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup shortening
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 2/3 cup sour cream

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 450. Grease cookie sheet.
  2. In bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt; blend well. With a fork or pastry blender cut in shortening until mixture is crumbly. In small bowl, combine milk and sour cream. Add all at once to flour mixture. Stir just until moistened. Drop by T. onto greased cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
