Ingredients:

  • 1 lbs
  • 1 lbs potato
  • 1/2 lbs yam
  • 1 3/4 serving
  • 1 bunch spinach, raw
  • 1 cup
  • 8 servings
  • 10 cloves garlic

Directions:

  1. In a pressure cooker mix:
  2. 5 seconds cooking Spray Pam olive
  3. 10 cloves of garlic
  4. 1 lbs skinless boneless chicken breast in cubes
  5. Add 6 cups of water
  6. Add 1 lbs potatoes in cubes
  7. 1/2 lbs yam in cubes
  8. 1 onion, diced
  9. 1 can Hunts tomato sauce no salt added
  10. 1 bunch of spinach
  11. And a bag of Steamers Cauliflower, broccoli and carrots
  12. Season with chicken bouillon Knorr (1 cube), pepper, cumin, chives and parsley.
  13. Close pressure cooker and cook for 30 minutes.
