Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Put soaked drained tortillas in the blender with 1/4 cup water and blend well.
  2. Mix meats with tortillas, egg and the small onion
  3. Form tiny walnut-sized balls
  4. Make a broth with the remaining ingredents
  5. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes
  6. Gently add the meatballs, a few at a time
  7. When it starts to simmer again, cover and cook for about an hour
  8. Serve hot and garnish with cilantro and chopped fresh onion, chopped tomatoes and lime wedges...
  9. Try this ... it is really good!
