Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Wash pea pods then trim ends and remove tough strings then set aside.
  2. Sauté onion in butter in large skillet until tender.
  3. Stir in peas, salt, oregano and soy sauce then cook stirring constantly until peas are crisp tender.
  4. Add tomatoes then cover and cook 1 minute.
