Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Saute Onions in Butter till tender.
  2. Transfer to Slow Cooker.
  3. Cut Roast in half and place on top of Onions.
  4. Combine Soy Sauce, Water, Soup Mix and Garlic.
  5. Pour over Roast.
  6. Cook 7-9 hours on low.
  7. Remove Roast and let stand for 15 minutes.
  8. Thinly slice meat and place on Rolls.
  9. Sprinkle with Cheese and place under Broiler till Cheese melts.
  10. Serve Juice as a Dipping Sauce.
