Directions:

  1. Place everything in large soup pot or crockpot.
  2. For stove top, bring to boil, cover and simmer until everyhgin is tender
  3. Then season to taste
  4. For crockpot cook 4 to 6 hours on high or low setting and then season to taste
  5. If desired may use hand blender to further chop and puree a bit of the soup if desired for consistency etc.
