Smashed Potatoes A Flip On Baked Potatoes

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook potatoes in microwave if using fresh
  2. Preheat oven to 400 F
  3. Line cookie sheet with foil
  4. Drizzle evoo on foil
  5. Sprinkle with some of the seasonings
  6. Take a potato and place on mixture then smoosh with a salad plate (until about 1/2 -1 thick)
  7. Repeat with rest of potatoes
  8. Drizzle some more evoo on top of potatoes and sprinkle with some more seasonings
  9. Bake for aprox. 15 minutes
  10. Potaotes should be crunchy and golden on the outside but smooth and creamy on the inside ENJOY!
