Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup oatmeal
  • 1/2 banana

Directions:

  1. Put oatmeal and egg whites in a bowl
  2. Slice the banana and add to bowl
  3. Use a whisk to mix the ingredients while mashing to banana pieces to get them into the mixture
