Ingredients:

  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 4 cups water
  • 3 tbsp honey

Directions:

  1. Bring water to rolling boil.
  2. Pour in oatmeal, simmer for approximately 30 minutes.
  3. When serving, add 1 banana, and touch of honey.
