Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place roast into slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle with garlic and onion powders, salt and pepper.
  3. Pour bar-b-que sauce over meat.
  4. Cook on Low for 6 to 8 hours.
  5. Remove meat from cooker, shred and return to cooker for 1 more hour.
  6. Serve hot.
