Slow-Cooked Sausage and Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 8 medium potatoes
  • 2 large onions
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 (8 oz) cans pizza sauce

Directions:

  1. Peel potatoes and cut in half, place in crockpot. Cut smoked sausage into pieces and place on top of potatoes. Halve onions, slice thinly and sprinkle over sausage. Pour pizza sauce on top. Cook in crock-pot 8 hours on low, 4 hours on high or until potatoes are tender.
