Sliced Cucumbers

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3 -4 cucumbers

Directions:

  1. Peel and slice cucumbers.
  2. Place in large bowl and set aside.
  3. Mix remaining ingredients in a small saucepan.
  4. Bring to a boil, simmer a few minutes.
  5. Let this cool.
  6. Pour over cucumbers and refrigerate a couple hours.
