Directions:

  1. Soak rice noodles in very hot water 15-30min
  2. Start with garlic and ginger in 1T oil in wok
  3. Add onions, then peppers
  4. Add curry powder, then sugar and stir; add water if needed
  5. Add 1T oil, increase heat and add chick. cook completely.
  6. Add shrimp, then remove all
  7. Drain noodles and toss into wok; add broth; stir until noodles brown and coated in sauce
  8. Add remaining items to side
