Sinful Stuffed Meatloaf

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups mushrooms
  • 1 cup onion
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
  • 2/3 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp garlic

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven 325 degrees celcius.
  2. Make the filling.
  3. Saute onions in butter until soft, the add mushrooms. Cook until soft.
  4. Add flour, thyme, salt and pepper, Mix in cream cheese.
  5. Mix all meat ingredients together.
  6. Grease your pan (i use a loaf cake dish).
  7. Place a little over a half of the meat mixture in the dish, spreading the meat up the side of the dish.
  8. Add the filling
  9. Then add the remaining meat over top of the filling and spred it evenly.
  10. Bake 325 for 1 hr.
