Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a plastic bag, combine cheese, flour, salt and pepper; mix well.
  3. Place potatoes inthe bag and toss to coat with mixture.
  4. Pour butter into an 8x8-inch baking dish.
  5. Stir in potatoes, coating well.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour and 15 minutes, to 1 hour and 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
