Directions:

  1. Mix well first 5 ingredients. Separately, mix well egg and milk. Dip fish in egg mixture; dredge in flour mixture. Put fish in greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Saute garlic in butter for 2-3 minutes; drizzle over fish; sprinkle with paprika and pepper; bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until fish flakes.
