Simple Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 10 medium red potatoes
  • 1/2 cup 1% lowfat milk
  • 6 tbsp margarine

Directions:

  1. Peel and quarter all potatoes. Boil until fork tender. Drain water.
  2. Add margarine and milk.
  3. Beat until smooth and creamy. You may need to add a little more milk as necessary to get the right consistency.
  4. Serve.
