Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook soba according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile mix the next ingredients together, set aside.
  3. Heat oil in a wok or skillet, add garlic.
  4. Add asparagus and cook 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add shrimp and cook until they turn pink, 3 minutes more.
  6. Add stock mixture and scallions, cook until heated.
  7. Add soba noodles, toss to coat, serve.
