Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut beans in half
  2. In mixing bowl, add soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, pepper flakes and pepper and combine
  3. In skillet over high heat high heat, add beans and water
  4. Cover and cook 3 minutes
  5. Uncover and cook until all liquid is gone
  6. Add oil, garlic, ginger and shallots to skillet
  7. Stir and cook a minute or so....Beans should brown slightly
  8. Add soy sauce mixture, bring to boil and constantly stir until most of liquid is gone and sauce coats beans
