Ingredients:

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 cup ketchup (optional)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 475°F
  2. Spray a non-stick baking sheet with cooking spray, set aside.
  3. Scrub potatoes, pat dry.
  4. Cut into lengthwise strips about 3/8in thick.
  5. Place in a large bowl and add oil, salt and pepper, toss to coat.
  6. Place potato strips in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Bake until undersides are browned, about 10 minutes.
  8. Using a spatula, turn potatoes and bake until golden brown, about 10 mins more.
