Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown meat, onion, peppers and celery; drain grease.
  2. In a 9x13-inch pan mix meat, string beans and canned soup.
  3. Salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Cover meat with mashed potatoes.
  5. Be sure to spread to edges of the pan to seal.
  6. Bake in a 350°F oven until heated through, about 30 minutes.
  7. Top with grated cheese and return to oven until cheese is melted and bubbly.
