Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a dutch oven or stockpot, cook the beef over medium heat.
  2. About halfway through add the onion.
  3. Cook until the beef is no longer pink, drain off the grease.
  4. Microwave the carrots for 2 minutes.
  5. Add the gravy and veggies.
  6. Cool and put into 2 freezer containers. I put them in freezer bags.
  7. To prepare: Thaw frozen beef mixture in the refrigerator.
  8. Put into a greased 2 quart baking dish.
  9. Top with mashed potatoes, melted butter and sprinkle with paprika.
  10. Bake uncovered at 350F for 30-35 minutes or until heated through.
