Seven-Layer Macaroni and Cheese Salad

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Prepare macaroni and cheese as directed on box.
  2. Combine mayo, onions and mustard; add to macaroni and cheese.
  3. In a 9x12 baking dish, layer half of macaroni and cheese and all of the lettuce, tomatoes, peas, celery and eggs.
  4. Cover with remaining macaroni and cheese; press to edges to seal.
  5. Cover; refrigerate several hours or overnight.
  6. Top with bacon just before serving.
