Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large non-stick skillet, cook beef or turkey until thoroughly browned.........drain well.............................
  2. Stir in beans, tomatoes...2/3 cups of frenchs fried onions, and taco seasoning...................and chiles ............
  3. Heat to boiling ............
  4. Cook over medium heat 5 minutes, stirring occasionally...........
  5. Spoon beef mixture over lettuce on a serving platter top with cheese s
  6. Microwave remaining fried onions for 1 minute on high and sprinkle over salad add avocado around salad and serve
  7. Makes 6 servings
