Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs. ground chuck
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp donnie''s cajun seasoning mix (or equivalent) (recipe on my recipe page)

Directions:

  1. Place the ground chuck, onion powder, worcestershire sauce, and seasoning mix in a large pan.
  2. Cook over medium heat.
  3. Stir frequently until beef is brown (trying to leave meat in marble size chunks).
  4. Drain off the excess fat and grease.
  5. Serve and Enjoy.
