Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Slice scallops down to about bite size.
  2. Combine scallops and jalapenos with juices, oil, cilantro, coriander and garlic, marinade for 1 hour.
  3. Add onion, tomatoes, salt and pepper, then marinade for 2 more hours.
