Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown roast in a small amount of oil.
  2. Place in crockpot.
  3. Combine vinegar, oil, catsup, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, rosemary, garlic powder and mustard.
  4. Pour over meat.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
