Sauteed Peas And Celery

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 (10 oz) box frozen peas
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in skillet on med, add onions, cook until soft.
  2. Add celery, cook until crisp tender.
  3. Increase heat to med hi, add peas.
  4. Cook until peas are heated through (about 6 minutes).
  5. Stir in celery leaves, salt and pepper.
