Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Boil potato slices for 1 minute, drain.
  3. Place potatoes into 8x10-inch covered casserole.
  4. Sprinkle with pepper and Tabasco.
  5. Cover with 1/2 cup cheese.
  6. Layer on cooked sausage.
  7. Sprinkle on remaining cheese, dill, caraway, and milk.
  8. Cover, and bake 45-50 minutes, or until potatoes are fork-tender.
