Sausage, Egg & Cheese Biscuits

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups bisquick
  • 1 egg
  • 2/3 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients well in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Form patties about 1/2 thick and 3 diameter.
  3. Place patties on a greased cookie sheet about 1 apart.
  4. Bake at 450 for 11 - 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  5. Enjoy!
  6. Substitutions: sausage: you could use vegetarian sausage without browning.
  7. Yogurt: milk or sour cream or buttermilk.
