Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 2 slices of ham ( deli cuts work best)
  • 2 tbsp of shredded cheese ( cheese of your choice)
  • pinch of salt
  • pinch of pepper
  • cooking spray
  • 1 slice of toast
  • olive oil (optional)

Directions:

  1. Grease your mug with a light layer of cooking spray
  2. Add olive oil if using
  3. Lay 2 slices of ham on bottom of the mug
  4. Crack and egg on top of that (make sure you make a little hole in the egg yolk)
  5. Then, add the cheese
  6. Finally, add your pinch of salt and pepper
  7. Cover the mug with some plastic wrap (poke 1-2 holes)
  8. Cook for 2 minutes on High in the microwave
  9. Let sit for a few minutes and enjoy!
  10. Serve with toast with your favorite butter or jelly
