Directions:

  2. Casserole dish.
  3. Place dry potatoes in dish; place meat on top.
  4. Prepare sauce mix according to package directions; add sherry and herbs to sauce.
  5. Pour over meat and potatoes.
  6. Bake uncovered at 350F for about 1 hour.
