Directions:

  1. Mix all the pork ingredients together and refrigerate overnight.
  2. Next day: prepare the peanut sauce a couple hours ahead of serving time. Condiments for burgers are thin sliced cucumber, lettuce, and peaunt sauce.
  3. For burgers: grill or pan fry pork
  4. Toast buns
  5. I let everyone prepare their own buger, then they can use as much of the condiments as they'd like.
  6. No pic's, they were gone before we got out the camera.
