Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in skillet.
  2. Add eggs to pan then pour salsa in the center of the eggs.
  3. Stir with spatula to scramble eggs and salsa.
  4. Remove mixture from pan and keep warm.
  5. Return pan to heat and place bread in pan, buttered side down.
  6. Place ham slices in pan; brown on both sides.
  7. Allow bread to brown while cooking ham.
  8. To assemble, divide eggs, ham, and cheese evenly on top of bread.
  9. Serve open face or as sandwich (depending on how big your mouth is).
