Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix together egg,SPAM( or other meat )cheese,and pepper.
  2. Set aside.
  3. In a non-stick skillet melt margarine over medium heat.
  4. Spray canning ring with cooking spray.
  5. Place ring in skillet,pour egg/mixture into ring ( there will be a little leakage ).
  6. Let cook for about 3 minutes,pour water around ring.
  7. Cover with lid and let cook for about 5 minutes.
  8. Remove lid and turn egg and ring over.
  9. Cover with lid and finish cooking (about 3 minutes).
  10. Place in biscuit and eat.
