Ingredients:

  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1/8 tsp salt ( a pinch)

Directions:

  1. Place the salsa in a fine sieve and remove about 2-3 tablespoons of liquid.
  2. Place in a bowl, add the juice, coriander and salt - stir.
  3. Let sit for a couple of minutes and serve.
