Ingredients:

  • 15 oz. salmon
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 2 tsp cornmeal

Directions:

  1. Mix first 5 ingredients together, form into patties, dust with cornmeal to coat.
  2. Cook on frying pan low heat until lightly browned on each side.
