Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine all the meatloaf ingredients.
  2. Pat into a microwave safe loaf pan.
  3. Cook for 7 minutes on full power in the microwave. Blot the grease.
  4. Whisk together the sauce ingredients, and spread over the top of the loaf.
  5. Microwave on high another 5 minutes.
